SHIPPING AND HANDLING PLEASE NOTE NEW RATES STARTING MARCH 1, 2008 Trees are shipped undisturbed in their potting mix in 6 inch (#1's and #2's) and 10 inch containers. They are treated for stress, wrapped for moisture and soil retention and strapped into their boxes. We ship primarily on Mondays so that they do not spend time sitting in warehouses over weekends. Extremes in weather and national holidays may delay shipping. Credit card orders are accepted by phone (540-675-1234), or mail (634 Long Mountain Drive, Washington, Va. 22747). For mail orders print out the order form or write it out on a plain piece of paper then mail it with credit card information, check or money order payable to Eastwoods Nurseries. Order on line using Pay Pal. Send us your selections and we will send you an invoice with instructtions. You do not need to have a PayPal account. We do not make any substitutions unless you request it. S/H COST UPS Ground Delivery: We use three shipping zones. 1) If your state is not listed: 6" containers (the #1's and #2's) are $12.50 for one plant and $5.50 for each additional ordered at the same time. The 10" containers are $16.50 for one tree and 24.00 for two trees; a third 10" tree is 16.50. 2) For Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wisconsin: 6" containers are 14.50 for the first and 6.50 for each additional tree. 10" containers are 19.50 for one and 28.50 for two; a third is 19.50 again. 3) For Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada,New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming: 6" containers are 17.50 for one and 8.00 for each additional. 10" containers are 24.50 for one and 39.50 for two; a third is 24.50 again.
